This is a long-overdue well deserved review! Olga helped me navigate the immigration process over the years, from my study permit extension in 2017, to my work permit in 2022, and eventually my PR application. I’m not surprised to see all the wonderful reviews about her, and it makes me respect and appreciate her even more to see how consistently she has been there for so many other applicants over the years. She made me feel at ease during some of the most stressful periods of my life and was nothing short of an angel throughout the entire process. She is professional, highly knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, genuinely kind and compassionate. I also want to give a big thank you to all the receptionists I’ve spoken with over the years. They have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I first heard about OIM back in 2019 after watching a YouTube video featuring a couple who had used their services. It wasn’t until 2022 that I actually needed their help to apply for a visitor visa for my spouse and some family members. Later on, OIM supported me through the Alberta Nomination process and eventually the PR draw. To get my Work Visa, I made the terrible mistake of hiring another Immigration Company, which ended up in disaster. Due to lack of their attention, we lost important dates and it delayed my travel to Canada in more than 3months. Lesson learned! I’ve changed everything to OIM after that and they were able to take care of everything.
