Olga has been amazing throughout this entire process. She made sure I had everything I needed before I submitted my application. I was approved in 4.5 months. I highly recommend anyone who needs guidance in obtaining their permanent residency/visa.

I am from Thailand and would like to share my experience. We used One immigration to submit both my spousal sponsorship and a tourist visa so I can wait in Canada with my family as the PR application is being processed. I am very grateful to Larissa for her assistance throughout the application process. She is very helpful, professional, calm and gives clear advice whenever I had questions. With her help, my visa was approved very quickly. I am very happy and grateful for the excellent service I received. I would like to thank Larissa and the team very much for their dedication and help. Me and my family really appreciate everything. 🇹🇭 ❤️ 🙏🏻

This is a long-overdue well deserved review! Olga helped me navigate the immigration process over the years, from my study permit extension in 2017, to my work permit in 2022, and eventually my PR application. I’m not surprised to see all the wonderful reviews about her, and it makes me respect and appreciate her even more to see how consistently she has been there for so many other applicants over the years. She made me feel at ease during some of the most stressful periods of my life and was nothing short of an angel throughout the entire process. She is professional, highly knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, genuinely kind and compassionate. I also want to give a big thank you to all the receptionists I’ve spoken with over the years. They have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I’m incredibly grateful for all the help and support I’ve received over the years. I highly recommend Olga and her team!

Olga Picalau was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating with all of our questions — whether they came in rushed, stressed, or simply as a result of us overthinking things. She was always there to provide clear guidance and reassurance throughout the process. Thank you again, Olga, for all your help and support!

I can’t thank One Immigration enough for their support. This wasn’t the first time they’ve helped me and my family with Canadian immigration matters, and once again they came through when we really needed it. A special thank you to Ana Lidia. We were dealing with a stressful and confusing technical issue, and she made a huge difference. She took the time to explain things clearly, gave honest advice, and was incredibly supportive throughout. What stands out most is how approachable and genuinely helpful the team is. You never feel like just another case, they really care about getting things right and supporting you through the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or work with them again.

I first heard about OIM back in 2019 after watching a YouTube video featuring a couple who had used their services. It wasn’t until 2022 that I actually needed their help to apply for a visitor visa for my spouse and some family members. Later on, OIM supported me through the Alberta Nomination process and eventually the PR draw. To get my Work Visa, I made the terrible mistake of hiring another Immigration Company, which ended up in disaster. Due to lack of their attention, we lost important dates and it delayed my travel to Canada in more than 3months. Lesson learned! I’ve changed everything to OIM after that and they were able to take care of everything. I honestly don’t have enough words to express how much they helped me throughout this journey, even when my mental health and anxiety was over the roof, thinking that the plan wouldn’t work, Olga personally communicated with me to bring my feet back down to earth and create a plan. I felt that Olga and Ana treat every client with genuine care. They listened to my personal needs, worked with me to build a clear plan, and in the end, we achieved the PR invitation.
