After choosing our full Legal Representation Service, one of our specialized consultants will contact you within 48 hours to provide you with a checklist of documents required for us to start your immigration process.
As soon as you provide the documents required for your application, your consultant will verify that everything is completed correctly and check if any changes are required.
After submitting your documents, the consultant will create your profile on the Immigrants, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) portal or on one of the provincial program portals. After creating your profile we will need to receive your Invitation To Apply (ITA) in order to proceed with the application.
With all necessary documents and forms, our specialized team will make a final review of your documents and submit your application to the Government of Canada. At this point, we send a Representative Letter with your application that explains that One Immigration will be your legal representative through this process. This document is a differentiator, as it proves to the Canadian Government that you are being represented by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
