    After choosing our full Legal Representation Service, one of our specialized immigration consultants in Vancouver  will contact you within 48 Business hours to provide you with a checklist of documents required for us to start your visa or immigration process.

    SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

    As soon as you provide the documents required for your application, your expert  immigration consultant will verify if everything is completed correctly as per IRCC guidelines, our extended experience, industry best standards and check if any changes are required.

    PROFILE CREATION (IF APPLICABLE)

    After submitting your documents, your Legal Representative Immigration  Consultant will create your profile on the Immigrants, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) portal or on one of the provincial program portals. If you are applying for Permanent Residency,  after  we created your profile we will need to receive your Invitation To Apply (ITA) in order to proceed with the application.

    SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION

    With all necessary documents and forms, our highly specialized visa and immigration team will make a final review of your documents and submit your application to the Government of Canada. At this point, we send a Representative Letter with your application that explains that One Immigration will be your legal representative through this process.
